I became a Registered Nurse in 2010 because I wanted to understand how the body works. Fifteen years in clinical practice taught me something no textbook captures: most of what we carry — grief, anxiety, exhaustion, disconnection — does not live in the mind. It lives in the tissue. In the fascia. In the nervous system's learned patterns of survival.
When talk therapy, meditation, and personal development left my own healing incomplete, I found somatic practice. Then Kundalini Activation Process. Then the intersection of neuroscience and embodied healing that became The Return Method.
